Florida Climate & Insect Awareness
Florida is a tropical environment, which means encounters with insects—such as ants, palmetto bugs, or mosquitoes. This can happen even in clean, well-maintained homes. We take cleanliness seriously and use regular professional pest control on a monthly basis, but we can't guarantee a completely bug-free experience. By booking, guests acknowledge this natural part of Florida living. No refunds will be issued for insect sightings.
